How Does It Work?
The
Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce works through committees and
working groups that analyze problems, develop solutions, and take action to
achieve the objectives which solve these concerns. For
example:
A. Committees work to stimulate existing businesses; promote
travel and tourism, encourage economic development, and
promote agriculture.
B. Committees work to direct community improvement; civic
development, beautification, and health and safety.
C. Committees work to promote good citizenship; legislative
issues and activities, and get-out-the -vote campaigns.
D. Committees work to improve the organization, promote
membership, and develop a program of work.
