Business Over Breakfast

The Chamber is pleased to re-introduced the Business Over Breakfast series, helping businesses maximize internal cash flow from operations.  This series is presented by Focus CFO, stressing the four COAR Business Systems: Cash Flow, Operations, Accounting and Revenue. Wether an entrepreneur, cottage industry, small main street business, or seasoned larger business, these sessions are designed for your business success!

Session #1 - Cash Flow Factory - October 21st
This presentation stresses that the best way for a business to raise cash is by driving internal cash flow.  This workshop looks at the essential ingredients in generating cash within a business and creating healthy growth.

Session #2 - Ten Keys to Running a Healthy Business - October 28th
Running a healthy business is a priority for every business owner.  Healthy businesses focus on cash flow, understand their cost structure and measure performance and productivity every day.  This workshop shows business owners and business advisors how to better understand how to "get in shape" and be a healthy, cash flow generating business.

Session #3- Four COAR Systems Every Business Needs - November 4th
The four systems every company needs are Cash Flow, Operations, Accounting, and Revenue.  When these systems are operating efficiently the business owner will know the answer to the questions:

What happened last month? Was the company profitable today? Will it be profitable tomorrow? What will the company look like 3 months from now? Is the company going to run out of money from either moving too slow or too fast?

Individuals may register for one, two, or all three of the sessions.  Individual sessions are priced at $15 each for Chamber Members or all 3 sessions for $40.  For prospective members, the individual sessions are $20 each, and all three for $50.  All sessions will be held in Theo's Restaurant back room from 7:45am - 9:30am.

Click on the session titles above to register!
